Stride Session

A 90-minute workshop where we scope your challenge and tease out a personal "anchor" that helps you focus your energies. An "anchor" is a short description that combines your interests, skillsets and near range opportunities to nail your sweetspot. You can use this anchor for a personal sense of direction, clarity of purpose, or central axis from which to orient. We also create a somatic signature, or way of orienting your body, to get you beyond concept and help you connect deeply to a way of being. If you want to continue on a Sprint, your payment for the Stride is discounted off.
